Stretch & Sip | 19th July

$33.00
  • Sunday 19th July

  • 7:30 - 8:30 am yoga class

  • 8:30 am onwards coffee + connection

  • Includes a Lematch Matcha

  • BYO yoga mat

  • The Loft + Summertwon Studio - 13 Paringa Ave, Somerton Park

  • Capped at 14 spots

The best way to meet new people is usually through a hobby or sport, but when you love your time on a yoga mat, it can sometimes feel a bit harder to build those friendships.

Stretch & Sip is a chill, social start to your Sunday. We’ll begin with a light, beginner-friendly flow together at The Loft to help you slow down, reset, and arrive fully into your morning.

After that, we’ll head downstairs to Summertown Studio for a coffee, chat, and a moment to connect. A Lematch matcha is also included to sip and enjoy while we unwind. No rush, no pressure, just time to sit down and actually connect with others.

I made this for the girl who wants her Sunday to feel good. Moving her body, grabbing a coffee, and being around like-minded people.

If you’ve been wanting to put yourself out there a bit more, meet new people, or just find your people in Adelaide, this is a really great way to start.
