These 60-minute sessions are completely tailored to where you’re at, whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your practice in a way that actually feels good for your body and your life.

This isn’t just about the class, it’s about creating a practice that supports you beyond our time together.

After your session, you’ll receive a personalised sequence and resources so you can continue showing up for yourself with confidence.

What to expect:

– A 60-minute guided session designed around you. We’ll move through intentional, feel-good movement, breathwork, and a grounding relaxation to finish.

– A practice that meets you where you are. Choose from a more energising vinyasa flow or a slower, more restorative yin-style session. Or learn the basics through a Hatha-style class.

– Support beyond the session. You’ll receive a personalised sequence and resources to help you build consistency in your own time.

– Comfort + ease. Practice in your own space or a yoga studio, with guidance that feels supportive, not overwhelming

– Ongoing sessions available. For when you’re ready to build a routine and feel the shift over time.
