Making new friends as an adult can be quite hard. You can want to meet new people, but getting from “we should hang out sometime” to actually making the plans can feel surprisingly difficult.

And sometimes you don't actually want a bigger social life; you just need a few people who make you feel like you belong.

So for spring, we're bringing everyone around the table because you never know who might end up becoming one of your people.

Bring along a small dish you love to cook or bake, put it on the table, and come hungry. We'll spend the afternoon eating, chatting, playing a few connection games and getting to know the people around the table.

Once we've eaten and had a good chat, we'll head into a slow yin yoga class to finish the afternoon. Expect long holds, minimal movement and a very good excuse to lie down for an hour.

Think good food, sunny afternoons, new friends, and the kind of Saturday where you actually do something instead of scrolling on your phone.

Come for lunch. Leave with new people to make plans with.

cosy book swap | 18th september
$44.00
  • Friday 18th September

  • 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

  • Eclipse Yoga Studio, Marleston

  • Includes a welcome mocktail and nibbles throughout the evening

  • Bring a book for the book exchange

  • Go home with a new book and small goodies

This isn’t your typical book club. There’s no reading list, no homework, and no pressure to finish a book before the night. Instead, it’s a cosy evening designed for genuine connection and conversations that move beyond the surface.

Bring along a book that reminds you of spring, one that has shaped you, inspired you, or stayed with you long after the final page. Maybe it's an old one that’s been on the shelf for a while or a new one that you'd love to share with another.

Your book becomes your wing-woman as you share the story behind it and connect through guided, meaningful discussion. Whether you’re an avid reader or haven’t picked up a book in months, you’re welcome here.

Come alone or bring a friend, wrap your book at the event for a Blind Date with a Book exchange, and leave with a new story, a fresh perspective, and, hopefully, a few new connections.

$33.00
  • Sunday 13th Septmeber

  • 7:30 am - 9:30 am

  • BYO yoga mat

  • The Loft + Summertown Studio — 13 Paringa Ave, Somerton Park

  • Capped at 15 spaces

The best way to meet new people is usually through a hobby or sport, but when you love spending time on your yoga mat, it can sometimes feel a little harder to build those friendships.

This spring edition of Stretch & Sip is a relaxed and social way to start your Sunday. We'll begin upstairs at The Loft with a slow, flowy yoga class designed to wake up your body without rushing into the day.

Afterwards, we'll head downstairs to Summertown Studio, where you can grab a coffee, settle in, and connect with the other women attending.

No rush, no pressure, just time to slow down and have genuine conversations. I created this for the girl who wants her Sunday morning to feel good. Moving her body, enjoying a coffee, and spending time with like-minded women.

If you've been wanting to put yourself out there, meet new people, or simply find your people in Adelaide, this is a beautiful place to start.

Parking: Street parking is available on Paringa Avenue, with no time limit on Sundays.

A bit about Dream on Wellness

Dream on Wellness is your space to meet like-minded women, move your body, and build real connections in Adelaide.

Through shared experiences, movement, and meaningful conversations, we create moments that help you slow down, open up, and feel part of something.

Because wellness isn’t just coconut water and routines, it’s friendship, energy, and having people in your life who actually get you.

I’m a community creator and yoga teacher who loves real conversations, honest connections, and creating spaces where women can come together and thrive.

This is more than wellness.
It’s belonging.
