This is the event to be held, to deeply unravel and soulfully connect with other like-minded women.

Loving and welcoming arms are here to support you through the journey, and Flourish and Flow is THE event to give you the tools to get curious about your habits, goals, and intentions.

Brianna, your yoga teacher and guide, is here to lead you through an explorative journey, analysing the dimensions of wellness within your life.

I know you are seeking a lifestyle and connections that are aligned with your highest self. It’s time to take the driver's seat of your wellness journey, diving into your unique world to find equilibrium and flow in all facets of your life.

A space to share with other women, who, like you know they’re made for something bigger and better, who seek a more aligned life.

    A 60-minute refreshing slow flow yoga class. This is an easy-flowing class for anyone, no matter how much yoga experience you have!

    Ground into the space and be guided through meditation and mindfulness exercises to get clear on your intentions and goals.

    Workshopping the eight Dimensions of Wellness and taking an assessment to see where an imbalance is within our lives. Setting goals and intentions for each of the dimensions.

    Be held in a space with other like-minded women, to connect deeply with them on a soul level. We will be sharing our goals and ideas through active listening activities.

    Samasta Studio is only a 3-minute drive to Henley Beach and Nauti Bouy coffee shop. Head down to the beach or cafe to continue your conversations.
